Senior SEO Analyst
Over my time at Cars.com, I helped grow the organic traffic 40%. As our website was going through a major replatforming, I managed weekly meetings between the Growth Marketing and Dev teams to ensure that traffic and rankings would take as small of a hit as possible. I cross collaborated with various teams across the organization, including the Editorial, Communications and PR, Product, and Dev teams. I conducted competitive analysis and created a 160-page document recording what our main competitors were doing so we could stay ahead. I worked closely with the Editorial team to provide feedback on how to better optimize posts and conducted keyword research.
During my time at Cars.com, Searchmetrics listed Cars.com as one of the top 100 winners for SEO in 2019. The SEO team also won the best team award for 2019 across all of CARS Inc because of our record-breaking results. I stretched myself and started working with our email marketing team. I was responsible for our weekly email newsletter that went to over a million people.
SEO and Marketing Analyst
My main responsibilities center around SEO and ensuring our website is thriving in organic search. I work with various members of our marketing team on our initiatives to increase traffic, applications, and increased revenue for Opploans. I also help with reporting on our key performance indicators to our directors. I also collaborate with the content team and work on building quality content, and execute link building strategies.

Digital Marketing Manager
I managed and oversaw the SEO and digital marketing campaigns for my clients that are attorneys and law firms, which AttorneySync deals with exclusively. I worked with our web developers to create sitemaps and any additional pages needed to lay the foundation for a solid SEO campaign.
I researched and implemented on-page optimizations. I also planned and executed a content strategy for each of my clients and conducted outreach to help build links. I also worked on building links through editorial pieces, guest posts, sponsorships, and partnering with local organizations.
I also posted on social media on behalf of my clients in order to bring more users to our content and bring more awareness to their brand. I sent out monthly reports detailing national and regional organic traffic and leads that came in through phone calls, form fills, and chats through the client’s site. I also helped manage and run PPC campaigns for my clients, building landing pages, writing and editing ad copy, and tracking the most effective keywords.
I worked with freelancers, developers, and interns to create compelling and creative content for my clients. On a quarterly basis, I manage about $60K in recurring revenue.
Monitor Liability Managers
Marketing Communications Specialist
I provided marketing communications support for Monitor, a B2B insurance company. I wrote and sent emails to brokers and agents, as well as policyholders. I started an analytic database for our emails so we could better recognize which of our emails were performing the best and help us capitalize on strategies that were performing well. The emails I worked on averaged a 24.4% open rate and 2.2% CTR.
I was also responsible for our Twitter and LinkedIn accounts, and created a database for our social media analytics to track our best performing posts. In my first six months, I helped grow our Twitter followers by 8.77% and grew our LinkedIn followers by 8.95%. I coordinated with our web developers to implement technical changes to our website. I also helped in various office functions like preparing presentations and filing.
I serve as a mentor for a local high school student. I help excite her about the prospect of going to college, do weekly online activities with them, and meet with them on a monthly basis.
